New Orleans Pelicans first overall draft pick Zion Williamson is claiming a Miami sports marketing firm began courting him while still playing at Duke.
Lawyers for Williamson claim in new court filings on Wednesday that the owner of Prime Sports repeatedly texted Williamson's relatives and even made two trips to Durham for games at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Both sides have filed lawsuits after Williamson broke his contract with Prime Sports and signed with Creative Arts Agency.
Prime Sports is seeking $100 million in damages from Williamson and CAA for breach of contract.
