The New Orleans Pelicans are moving closer to a trade involving All-Star center Anthony Davis.
ESPN reports both the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers are engaged in trade talks with the Pelicans to acquire Davis.
ESPN states the Pelicans would like to have a deal in place by the NBA Draft on June 20th.
The Lakers' trade package reportedly includes guard Lonzo Ball, forward Brandon Ingram and the fourth-overall pick.
Davis' agent Rich Paul said in a Sports Illustrated story released on Wednesday that Davis would suit up for the Celtics next season if they traded for him, but he would not sign an extension and would still test free agency in 2020.
